By far the best protein pancakes I’ve had yet
1/2 cup quick rolled oats
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 egg whites
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup blueberriesThe origina recipie called for cottage cheese, but I used applesauce instead. Also I didn’t measure out the vanilla or cinnamon I just kinda poured it in
